This patient had suffered from this right hip pressure ulcer for over a year.  Conventional methods including a muscle flap had failed in the ability to heal it.  One treatment of platelet rich plasma and the follow up care from By The Blood, Inc. staff and the patient healed.  This patient was bedbound related to other health issues and depended on a gastric tube for nutritional intake.
